Q. Can the diamonds and pearls on the Rangoli come off over the period?

Ans- No, they cannot come off unless the product is handled very roughly, because they are not merely stuck on the rangoli, they are embedded within the design.  All Soulart rangoli products are coated with a protective layer which firmly seals the painting and its decorative work under it, thus reducing any chances of the decorative work coming off over the period of time, and maintains the bright dazzling look. However please note just like all other precious and Art & Handicraft items, it needs to be handled with care.

Q. What is the general durability of the rangoli handicraft and how long can it last?

Ans- The durability of the handicraft depends on its usage, handling and storage. If handled with care all the Rangoli Handicrafts can last for as many years as you can protect and maintain it, just like a jewel.

Q. What is the appropriate way to clean the rangoli handicraft?

Ans- As mentioned in the product description, the rangoli handicraft can be cleaned with a dry, soft, and smooth cloth or you can dust it with a clean, soft n silky dusting brush. In case of any oil spills on the rangoli, first absorb all the oil with tissue paper until completely dry. Then wipe of the rangoli with a dry soft cloth. Perform all cleaning activities gently with care without scratching or using any rough material or chemicals.

Q. What is the appropriate way to maintain the rangoli handicraft?

Ans- Store your rangoli wrapped in a cloth or in a cardboard box. Do not wrap it in plastic because sometimes in warm climates plastic can react with the protective coat and stick on it when kept as is for months. Do not keep any heavy item on top of the rangoli during storage.

Q. Can the Rangolis be cleaned with water, if needed, while using it  in puja rooms?

Ans- It can be cleaned with a damp moist cloth, as necessary and then wiped with a dry cloth. Do not wash it under water or use any chemical or other fluids.

Q. What is the general delivery time for the products?

Ans- For product deliveries within India, 3-5 days at a minimum is expected. However, it can take up to a week in certain cases. Once you have purchased your product from our gallery, we will keep you posted via email / text about the delivery updates. The time required for overseas deliveries can only be notified once we know the country. Overseas deliveries can take minimum 2 weeks’ time.

Q. Does Soulart take customised orders of Rangolis as return gifts for weddings/corporate or festive occasions?

Q. How does Soulart process any return/refund requests?

Ans- All Soulart products are checked for quality before packaging and shipment. However, Return/Refund requests can be processed for any damage occurred during delivery. We would request you to provide a clear photo or video of the defect (immediately after opening the shipment) for us to initiate the Return/Refund process. Your refund should be processed usually in one week. Please note that we will not be able to process a return/refund request received after 24 hrs of delivery.

Please also note that any handicraft product is not machine made and is purely handcrafted with simple tools, hence any minor human errors in creating the product or the raw finishing of natural material like wood, bamboo, cane, jute etc. used in the making, is not considered as damage. The final product may possess slight variations from the image depending on digital technological aspects.

Q. Does Soulart provide any repair/fixing of old rangoli handicraft purchased from their gallery?

Ans- Yes, if repair or fixing of a damaged Rangoli is possible, it can be done at a minimum additional cost as applicable. Please email us about your repair request with product images and detailed description. We will revert within 48 hours about the feasibility of your repair request.

Ans. Soulart Rangoli’s are created on various materials like Ceramic Tiles, Solid Wood, MDF, Acrylic, Marble stone, Canvas, Bamboo Cane, Jute, Earthen Material, Glass, Cardboard, leaf, etc. The decorative material used is artificial diamonds and pearls of various shapes and sizes. Please note that, any material related to animal origin (Like leather, fur, feathers, etc.) is not used in making of the rangoli’s.

Ans. No, the Rangoli Handicraft is not a fengshui or vastu-shashtra artifact. It is a home décor handicraft product based on the extremely popular ancient traditional art of Rangoli. It has no direct correlation with correction of any fengshui/vastu related problems in a home.
