Soulart 'Ashwattha Raangoli Collection' is a special collection of Maharashtrian Raangoli Designs. These paintings are inspired from an ancient art technique of painting on dried leaves of Pipal tree (Ficus Religiosa). These leaves are extremely delicate and porous in nature beacuse of the fine skeleton of veins that remain in the dried leaves, which gives a unique 'net like' background to these paintings. Each Raangoli painting is created in a calculated dot grid made on the leaf skeleton, and is jeweled with diamonds and pearls the entire leaf is finely outlined with colour and framed in Engineered Wood.
